Ok i've figured out how to disable 2 of them.

This is how you restrict bookshelf and erchef beam.smp instances listen to 
only
localhost.
You need to add in the start of those files 
/opt/chef-server/embedded/service/bookshelf/etc/app.config
/opt/chef-server/embedded/service/erchef/etc/app.config

{kernel, [{inet_dist_use_interface,{127,0,0,1}}]},

The last thing remaining is the rabbitmq instance. I'll try to resolve this 
and
write solution right here.

Please add those settings and epmd setting from my previous message to default
chef-server setup.This thing will enchance security a little bit.
