[chef] SQL cookbook issue

Hi,

  I have downloaded the SQL cook book from Opscode.com and I am trying to
execute it but I got error like Mixlib:ShellOut::ShellcommandFailed:
so error is expected process to exit with [0] but received 1.

give me solution for this error ASAP.
