[chef] Knife-azure 1.2.2 Release Announcement -- please upgrade

Ohai Azure Chefs. We’ve released knife-azure 1.2.2 – you can gem install it now. This release includes new features to create virtual network and affinity groups, as well as important fixes to accommodate Azure rest API behavior changes that arose in the last week. *All Azure users should upgrade to the latest release, knife-azure 1.2.2.*

I’d like to thank all of the users who have continued to report issues with knife-azure and share feedback. This release's new virtual network and affinity group creation features are courtesy of Jeff Mendoza from Microsoft Open Tech, along with fixes for Azure API compatibility faults.
