[chef] Anyone seeing issue with resolver cookbook?

Ohai!

We are seeing a weird issue with the resolver cookbook.  Here are the options env settings:

  "options": {

                "timeout": 1,

                "rotate": null

            }

Here is the output:  options rotate:{} timeout:1

This did work before (not sure exactly what broke it though.  Wondering if anyone else has seen this?
