[chef] chef-server version 11.1.0_1 -not stable

Hi,

       I ve download and install a  chef-server latest version of chef-server11.1.0_1. In chef  server setup  there is no  problem at all ,but my whole LAN network is going down .

           Is this possible a chef-server can down a LAN network?Why this problem occurs in previous version of chef-server11.0.10 at all no problem.

              Also sometimes chef-server-ctl services going down alternatively and  beam &epmd file in  /opt/chef-server/embedded/lib/erlang/erts../bin/  getting automatically deleted.

                why this problem  occurs?
