Ohai Chefs!

As part of the work towards defaulting to HTTPS for Supermarket I have 
updated knife-supermarket to also default to https and allow for specifying 
the protocol instead of just the hostname. This change is not backwards 
compatible and will require an update to your knife.rb or command line 
arguments as you now need to specify the protocol.
