[chef] Call for testers on supervisor cookbook

A new version of the supervisor cookbook is prepped for release, however the 
cookbook has very poor test coverage. Anyone using this cookbook, it would be 
great if you could try out the version in master to see if it works with your 
infrastructure. You can see all the changes at 
https://github.com/poise/supervisor/compare/v0.4.10...master. If anyone has ;
any questions, please let me know.
