[chef] Knife-OpenStack 1.0.0.rc1

Greetings from Chef,

There's a release candididate for knife-openstack 1.0.0 available on
Rubygems that takes advantage of the new knife-cloud library. The
knife-cloud library provides a framework for the shared plumbing
between cloud plugins (managing connections, listing resources,
bootstrapping, etc.). We refactored knife-openstack and knife-ec2 to
use it since they are the thorniest knife plugins supported by Chef.
Unfortunately this meant we had an exceptionally long-lived divergent
branch, so we had to replace the existing master branch with the
knife-cloud one rather than merge (the "pre-1.0" is the old master
branch).

We'll be releasing a new knife-ec2 based on knife-cloud soon, but if
you use knife-openstack please take the time to kick the tires and
help us put out a good 1.0 release.

   gem install knife-openstack --pre
