[chef] knife-hp 0.4.2rc1

Hey Chefs!

There's a release candidate for knife-hp 0.4.2rc1 now available on Rubygems.

If you could pull it down and kick the tires on it, and make sure it
works as expected.
I'd like to push up the 0.4.2 release here after Summit.

If you're using Chef-DK

   chef gem install knife-hp --pre
