is 23,019,638 bytes as a tar ball.  uncompressed it is 109,301,760 
bytes.  the 4,042,575 byte length of the response body looks like you 
got a truncated download somehow and the code did its job and stopped 
that from being deployed.  if it was a mismatch issue between the 
compressed and uncompressed size of the download you would have gotten 
the 23MB and 109MB numbers and not 4MB.
