[chef] ERROR: Chef Actions not running at '<<fqdn>>'

Hi 

I'm installed chef analytics on my server and ran  sudo opscode-analytics-ctl
reconfigure
which went fine but when i ran opscode-analytics-ctl test getting below error 
 
         
ERROR: Chef Actions not running at '

and where we can see analytics in chef gui.

Chef-server -- 12
