[chef] MySQL Tuning Cookbook v0.2.0 Released

Ohai MySQL Chefs,

We've released mysql_tuning cookbook version 0.2.0. This release includes many
fixes.

The cookbook uses interpolation to try to configure MySQL depending on your
server, trying to get a better configuration to start with.

This cookbook should be considered a bit experimental: MySQL is a very complex
service. Any help in finding bugs or new ideas are welcome.
