[chef] Homebrew cookbook v1.10.0 released

Ohai, Chefs!

I have released version 1.10.0 of the homebrew cookbook. This release is recommended for all Chef 12 users, as "homebrew" is the default provider for the package resource on Chef 12.

Do note there's an issue where keg only formula that aren't installed will throw an exception. This is fixed in master of chef, and will be included in the next release of Chef 12 - 12.0.2, as I didn't get it done in time for 12.0.1's build.
