[chef] Test-Kitchen and Windows: Standup Meeting

Do you have a git branch hiding somewhere for Windows with
test-kitchen, kitchen-vagrant, or some other project? As it turns out
a lot of us are using test-kitchen either running on Windows, with
Windows guests, or both. But a lot of it is happening in the shadows
of our own needs.

We're putting together a standup meeting for Mondays and Wednesdays at
11am Pacific / 2pm Eastern to connect about what we're doing on our
and to coordinate with each other.

I'll be meeting next week despite the holidays to start documenting
what's out there.

I've elected to paint the video conference toolshed Zoom colored for
now. We'll work with hardcore Linux users if they find us.
