[chef] Bill's Kitchen v2.2 released

Hi everybody,

those of working with Chef and Vagrant on a Windows might be
interested in the latest Bills' Kitchen release:

Bill's Kitchen is a "DevPack" which includes ChefDK, Vagrant and a few
other tools you need for developing with Chef and Vagrant on windows
boxes. There's no installation involved - just unzip and start
hacking.

Version 2.2 is mostly a "tool update release" but includes some fixes
and improvements as well.
