[chef] Chef push jobs - output

Hi,

Is there a way to obtain the output from a command executed via push jobs

on a node ?

For example if I have

whitelist : {

'read_hosts': 'cat /etc/hosts'

}

If I run read_hosts as a job I would get back into the console the output of the file /etc/hosts.
