[chef] Chef Server Cert

I have a Chef 12 server, and Chef 12 DK installed, but my knife.rb file only works when I use the shortname of the server, (example: https://shortname:443/organizations/orgname).

How do I reissue certs for the server so that the name is correct, i.e. the FQDN?
