We've released knife-windows 0.8.3 with fixes for these two bugs:

* https://github.com/chef/knife-windows/issues/162
  Bootstrap version is not as predictable compared to bootstrapping linux 
nodes.
* https://github.com/chef/knife-windows/issues/131
  uninitialized constant Chef::Knife::Bootstrap (NameError)

We're catching up with some critical releases. A release for
knife-windows #133 is next, and we're working towards a release
candidate of knife-windows 1.0.0 with improved winrm authentication
support very soon. After that, we'll focus on bug fixes for the 1.0.0
branch and don't expect further 0.8.x releases.
