Are you using the ChefDK locally? If not, I would suggest using that - you can install kitchen-docker with `chef gem install kitchen-docker`. If you use the ChefDK you will also have pry installed locally - you can add a `require ‘pry’; binding.pry` inside the kitchen ssh_base.rb file and see what address it is trying and failing to connect to. My other suggestion is to use the `chef_zero` provisioner instead of `chef_solo`, but I don’t think that is causing the issue you are seeing below. -T
