[chef] Pushy-client install issues.

Hi guys,

Have someone experienced issues with installing pushy-client agent on node's side?

I am having issue as follow:

1) Installation starts

2) Is being done till the very end...

3) And at the beginning when it tries to create service it fails saying that it can't create service.

4) And it asks me to check permissions. 

But I am Administrator with all privileges.
