[chef] RE: Validatorless Bootstrapping blog post

Is there a proper or recommended way for updating the embedded version of 
chef-client/knife that comes with the ChefDK in order to make use of this 
functionality?  Latest version of ChefDK (0.4.0) comes with Chef 12.0.3.

This covers a feature that was released in Chef 12.2.0 already, so everyone 
can already take advantage of this.
