[chef] 11.18.10

Hi,

some of you may notice there are packages available for Chef 11.18.10 . I've made a bit of a mess and failed to bump the version number of chef in those builds, so we're going to be putting out a correctly numbered 11.18.12 release in a couple of hours.

There's nothing to worry about if you have installed the current packages; they're fully functional and tested, but running chef will report 11.18.8 rather than 11.18.10. 

The only change from 11.18.6 is to upgrade openssl to 1.0.1m.

We'll send another email once 11.18.10 is out.
