Would these packages be also available for free usage

1. Chef Manage

2. Chef Push Jobs

3. Chef Replication

4. Reporting packages along with Chef Server, Evaluation version

The online-master-agreement at ( https://www.chef.io/online-master-agreement/ ) 

1. Free On-Premise Evaluation (Chef Essentials) (section 5.1.1) states that 

For thirty (30) calendar days after downloading the Software (the “Evaluation Period”), Customer may operate unlimited Nodes on-premise and Chef will provide Customer the Support services listed at /service-level-agreement/#support

and 

2. Free On-Premise License (section 5.1.2): Customer may operate indefinitely up to twenty-five (25) on-premise Nodes behind its firewall at no charge

whereas the plans and pricing page at ( https://www.chef.io/chef/#plans-and-pricing ) states that the Essentials package is Free and one could manage 10,000+ node from a single server.

So, is Chef Essentials free for 10,000+ nodes for indefinite time period?
