Title: Changing chef API URL?

In open-source chef server 12.1.2, I would like to modify the API UR - specifically, I would like to insert a prefix into the URL, in order to run chef behind a reverse proxy along with other sites.

Instead of using

https://mychefserver.local/organizations/abcdef/... I would like the URLS to be of the form

https://mychefserver.local/chef/organizations/abcdef/...

Is this possible?
