This release fixes a couple of regressions on Windows:

• The Windows chef installer was much bigger than it should be (it's back down under 80MB).
• chef-client raised an error when run as a Windows service (bug)

The AIX build will be uploaded soon, but 1.4.2 by itself should be just fine on AIX.
