[chef-dev] 3/28 Opscode Code Review

We spent most of our review meeting discussing CHEF-2988 today. (I'm
going to call this meeting code review rather than ticket triage going
forward.)

I'll be merging tickets for Chef 0.10.10 over the next week and we'll
get a beta release out in a week or two.

To merge:
  OHAI-337 - SmartOS should be identified as "SmartOS" platform rather
than Solaris Nevada
  CHEF-2989 - SmartOS Support in Chef

Other:
  CHEF-2988 - Run List Modifiers
  Reopened - A lengthy feature discussion was had and the result
posted to the chef-dev list.
