I was out on surprise vacation last week. Never fear, code review
still happened in my absence, but I've got to dig through the notes
and summarize them into an email. Today's notes follow.

Also, expect Chef 10.12.0 to ship today!

  CHEF-2795 - Knife plugin loader rejects gems that contain 'chef' in the name
  CHEF-3207 - Allow the use of a symbol when specifying a databag to
load with Chef-solo
