First of all, thanks to Justin Witrick for being the first to step up and 
test! And thanks in advance to everyone else for testing.

In addition to testing whyrun, I'd also love feedback on the error inspector 
output. You can provide valuable feedback if you're a Chef pro, but I'm 
especially interested to know if this helps people who are new to Chef, so if 
you have Chef newbies on your team and have the spare cycles to get them 
using 10.14 beta, I'd love to hear any feedback.
