Google Hangouts appear to have new security features that prevent you from 
passing the hangout URL to people outside of your Google Apps organization. 
We'll work on trying to figure out how to work around this more this week.

To merge:
  CHEF-3452 - uploading frozen cookbooks shows unfriendly error message
  CHEF-2682 - Redirected API requests can result in confusing error messages

Other:
  CHEF-3356 - Support for environments from json and ruby dsl files on 
chef-solo
  Reopened - Needs a rebase and to deal with cookbook version constraints
  CHEF-3611 - Add ability to download recipes from private AWS S3 buckets
  Reopened - Needs tests
  CHEF-3332 - The route resource provider will always delete config file even 
for :add action
  Reopened - Don't need an argument for #generate_config
