[chef-dev] Chef 11 Knife API doesn't support Partial Search ?

Hi Chef,

Chef 11 supports Partial Search in recipes via this cookbook:
https://github.com/opscode-cookbooks/partial_search/blob/master/libraries/partial_search.rb

But the Chef Knife API doesn't support Partial Search: https://github.com/opscode/chef/blob/master/lib/chef/search/query.rb . Is it going to be supported ? Seems it's a minor change in this query.rb
