  CHEF-4885 - lib/chef/win32/version.rb defines a method called
:windows8.1? which is not legal

Other:
  CHEF-4680 - Potential security issue in subversion resource
  Reviewed - We should tie this in with CHEF-4639 and the sensitive attribute
