As we're staying caught up with the "fix provided" code review queues,
we're digging through pull requests in the code review meetings too.
I'm not listing those if there isn't a ticket. I could though, if it
mattered/helped.

Merge:
  KNIFE-368 - Ability to specify metadata during OpenStack server create

Other:
  KNIFE-435 - Support user data for OpenStack server create
  Reopened - Don't use -u short option, needs unit tests
  KNIFE-422 - knife ec2 server create doesn't respect identity file of
gateway server from ssh_config
  Reopened - Needs tests. Sure would be nice if we didn't duplicate so
much code.
