[chef-dev] Upcoming Release: Chef Client 11.12.0 & 10.32.0

Hey folks,

Some information for the folks who would like to make some changes in the next version of Chef Client.

We're preparing for Chef Client 11.12.0 & 10.32.0 to be released the week before ChefConf. 

Here are the two important dates: 

3/28: Code freeze for 11.12.0 & 10.32.0

4/11: Slated release date for 11.12.0 & 10.32.0

After code freeze we will be only fixing high impact bugs before release.
