[chef-dev] application_java using a WAR file on the filesystem

Hi all,

I'm using the application_java to deploy my apps with WAR file on filesystem -
scm_provider=Chef::Provider::File::Deploy

Is it possible to add the WAR file inside the cookbook?
How could I set the path and repository attributes in the application 
statement
of default.rb file?
