As per my blog post on our Triage process (https://www.chef.io/blog/2015/03/12/chef-community-triage-and-where-you-can-help/), I've included a list of some issues we (Chef) would love to have fixed or implemented, but don't think we'll get to.

If you want to tackle one of these issues, but don't know where to start - please let me or one of the Community Engineering team know, either via this list, the chef IRC channel, or our Monday/Wednesday Developer Office Hours.
