Some quick notes from today's IRC meeting...

Merged:

* Reopen RFC 28, Mailing List Migration

* rfc server api versioning

Pre-approved:

* Policyfile HTTP Document API

* GitHub Issues Workflow for Chef

Closed, not merging:

* Restrict search to current environment by default

* adding add-yum_repository-to-core

Still in progress:

* Lcg/node state separation
