Ohai Chefs!

We have released Chef Server 12.0.8 and Enterprise Chef Server 11.3.1.
This release contains several security updates related to nginx. The
blog post[1] contains further details and download links.

12.0.8 additionally contains a fix for  the 'chef-server-ctl password'
command not working, and behind-the-scenes work and refactoring in
order to introduce Server API Versioning.  This release sets the
baseline Server API Version to 0.
