Chris,
It looks like you're missing the highline gem,
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/x86_64/rubygem-highline-1.4.0-2.el5.noarch.rpm
Grab it from there and see if that helps.. if you get any other dependency
issues, check the EPEL site or ELFF and see if the gem RPM is there.
