Ohai!

The other day I updated the APT repository to include 0.9.12 across all 
Ubuntu/Debian releases, except Maverick[0]. You can use 'lucid' on maverick 
systems for now and everything should work. Keep in mind the changes that 
occurred from 0.9.8 -> 0.9.10+ if you have a Chef Server that is a client to 
itself[1].
