I haven't heard any reports of knife-windows not working correctly under Chef
0.10.2. I'll actually be doing some windows related stuff later today so I'll
try to recreate your bug under Chef 0.10.2.
Just to verify, you see the same exception (`env_namespace': undefined method
`env_namespace' for Savon:Module) when bootstrapping from an Ubuntu and
Windows machine? Can you also do a 'gem list' on the workstation in question
please? The exception appears to be coming from an upstream gem.
