[chef] Cherry-picking cookbook pull requests

Hi,
It is sometimes useful to be able to cherry-pick pull requests between
different cookbook repositories.
I've just posted a blog entry[0] on how to trivially cherry-pick pull
requests between different remote repositories on GitHub that are not
forks.
