Hi,
I don't want to be rude but i don't think it's suitable to post this to
dev-list and it isn't good idea to make people angry by not following
basic rules like:
- proper subject which  describes shortly domain of your problem
(HELPMEIMDYING! really doesn't help)
- showing gist with code
- showing gist with log/result of your/code command
It's faster way to get response from people.

In your case, could you post your apache.log or try to run it manually
and post output? I think your problem is more os-related than chef itself.
