[chef] Knife Vsphere plugin updates

Hello chefs!

I've updated the vsphere plugin with a few more 'list' commands. There
is now a vsphere vlan list command, and the vm list command lists
subfolders as well as vms.

Also really cleaned up the way options are parsed, so you can now
enter them on the command line or in the config file... so your most
common 15 options can be set in config, and overridden as needed,
instead of always having a 200 character command to clone a vm. Woo!

Ezra pushed out a new gem this morning, so please if you have time,
give the new options a try.
I did do some cleanup of the option names, which means you might have
to change some of your scripts. Apologies! The naming was getting out
of hand.
