Yes, that is all that changed in this area so it should be all that you need
to do. If you have solr_url configured, it needs to point to the actual
context URL; in your case it needs to end with /solr
Unfortunately it was not possible to handle this in a completely fault-proof
way. I don't remember many people being bitten by this. Not that it's going
to make much difference to you :)
