Hi Paul,
I made it an option as opposed to just hard-coding :immediately because users
may want to add more than 1 APT repository back-to-back without rebuilding
the cache multiple times.
BTM expressed some concern over my approach here
(
http://tickets.opscode.com/browse/COOK-1382). I haven't had time to test
his recommendation yet, but I recall trying it and it not behaving the way I
expected before writing my patch.
