[chef] knife-openstack 0.6.2 Released

Ohai Chefs,

We just released knife-openstack 0.6.2.  This is a minor release which
changes our fog version dependency and fixes a bug.  The fog dependency
change should increase compatibility with other knife cloud plugins.
