[chef] Adding installation information for openSUSE and SLES

Hi,

The opscode wiki provides information on how to install Chef server and 
client on different operating systems on the pages

and
http://wiki.opscode.com/display/chef/Installing+Chef+Server

We have packaged Chef for openSUSE and SLES and would like to add  a 
link to https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Chef to make the information 
available to the users. With whom should I discuss this? Opinions? 
Objections?
