[chef] Workstation 11 Installation Questions

After initially following the version 10 installation instructions I've been
pointed in the direction of the correct instructions for v11
(http://docs.opscode.com/chef/install_workstation.html) but I still have some
questions;

In the "Download .pem files and knife.rb" section it says that files can be
downloaded from "...the 
Organizations page and Account Management page."  Are these sections on the
Opscode website or from the Chef server Web UI as I can't find them anywhere?

Also, in the "Select the omnibus installer" section its states that you need 
to
go to http://www.opscode.com/chef/install/ to download the Omnibus installer. ;
I can see the Chef Server dowload tab and the Chef Client download tab, but
there doesn't seem to be one for the Workstation... I'm obviously missing
something, Is the Workstation just the Client install?

I'd appreciate if anyone can fill in the blanks for me please.
