[chef] Chef::ShellOut is deprecated, please use Mixlib::ShellOut

Greetings,

I'm brand new to Chef, and I am using Chef-Solo to create a VM using Vagrant 
and VirtualBox. In several of my recipes I make use of ark, which seems to 
generate multiple occurrences of the deprecation warning below, with slight 
variations on each instance of the message:

WARN: Chef::ShellOut is deprecated, please use Mixlib::ShellOut

Is there a newer version of ark I should be using? Or is this tied to the jdk 
recipe?
