[chef] Permission Denied on hosted chef?

(we've opened a ticket but was just wondering if others have seen this)

We've just started getting Permission Denied errors on almost anything we do on the management console (e.g. deleting nodes, list clients). We can list nodes

Also, all knife commands return 401 Unauthorized, even listing of nodes.

I've tried generating a new user key, but to no avail.

Any hints?
